What I Do
Product Management & Coordination
Keeping work moving end-to-end — scoping, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. At Millennial Consulting I progressed rapidly over four cycles: starting in operations, advancing to Operations Manager, and ultimately serving as Head of Organization — helping coordinate and deliver around 20 client projects with no full-time staff.
Frontend Development
Building fast, accessible web products with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. I care about what ships and how it actually feels — not just whether it compiles.
Product
Starting from the problem, not the feature list. I own product decisions — what to build, what to cut, and why — then validate them by prototyping and shipping.
